Frequently Asked Questions

I have not flown to this type of event before. How should I pack my weapons?

All weapons (swords, daggers, knives and sticks) MUST BE PACKED IN CHECKED LUGGAGE!!!!!

Is there a limit to the size or number of luggage I can bring?

Each ticketed passenger is allowed to check two (2) pieces of luggage
and one carry-on. Each piece of checked luggage is to be no larger than 62 linear inches (length + width + height) and weigh no more than 50 pounds. If any piece of luggage exceeds these limits, there will be an overweight limit fee that could be anywhere from $90 - $200 per piece.

Will I need a special travel visa or paperwork to travel with my sticks and other weapons?

No you wll not.

How soon should I get to the airport?

Arrive at airport at least 1 1/2 hours prior to flight domestic, 2 1/2 hours prior for international flights.

Make sure you are at your assigned airline gate at lease 30 min. prior to boarding time. If you are not there the airline has the right to give your seat to someone else.
